Warehouse in Hamburg
Since GSP Europe was founded in 2007, we have been working closely with our logistics partner, ELBEX Außenhandels GmbH in Hamburg.
Our customers are not only supplied directly from China, but also from our warehouse in Germany. This is located in Norderstedt, north of Hamburg.

- Flexibility in the event of short-term bottlenecks
The available range is constantly being expanded and updated. We are also happy to consider special customer requests. Items that were previously only available from China can be added to the stock range after checking.
Processing
Orders can be placed directly with our logistics partner. ELBEX handles the entire process on our behalf: order receipt, picking, packing and shipping.
TecCom
TecCom is the recognized international standard solution for electronic order processing in the independent automotive aftermarket.
Our business partners can also use this service. After registration, the entire process is automated via the platform – from order confirmation and the creation of delivery bills and invoices to real-time availability queries.

Warehouse in Poland
Since November 2021, we have had our own Distribution Processing Center (DPC) in Poland. With this facility, we have taken an important step towards strengthening our market position in Europe.
The DPC is our distribution center outside China, where orders are not only stored, but also processed and packed. This enables us to offer our customers shorter delivery times, more flexibility with private label packaging and an overall more efficient supply. We keep around 5,000 article numbers in stock on a storage area of around 2,000 square meters.
We chose Poland because of its strategically favorable location in Eastern Europe. With a modern fleet of vehicles and excellent infrastructure, the location offers ideal conditions for further increasing the competitiveness of our products in Europe.
Dominika Chrzanowska is our Warehouse Support Manager in the warehouse in Poland and your direct contact for all questions relating to availability and shipping. She coordinates the processes on site in Gdańsk, provides quick feedback and supports you pragmatically with individual requests.
